MMCA is a contemporary art museum with four branches in Gwacheon, Deoksugung, Seoul and Cheongju. The museum was first established in 1969 as the only national art museum in the country accommodating modern and contemporary art of Korea and international art of different time periods.

Children and Fish and Crab

First at all, in this work, you can see two people, two fish, a crab and a line.
The author use simple lines and a color to constitute a picture.
I think the two people in the picture should be kids, and they may be fishing because they have a thread wrapped around their hands. It’s also possible they’re playing with fish and crab.
I think the author used a line to connect all the objects in the paining and viewers can also clearly know what the author wants to express.
