Cooking Roasted Tomatoes bursting with flavor
Roasted Tomatoes ! π π A yummy side dish or turn it into an amazing sauce . Great when their in season. Eat them hot off the tray or let cool and blend into a soup or sauce. I love the taste in my mouth when they burst and pop with flavor. Iβve found cooking simple food makes me just as happy as long winded dishes. Try them for yourself.
Ingredients.
1 pint cherry tomatoes
extra-virgin olive oil
salt and ground pepper
Dried basil
Dried Thyme
Dried parsley
Dried oregano
Garlic powder
Onion power
DIRECTIONS
I preheat oven to 500 degrees Spread tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. To the oil add the dried seasoning with Salt and pepper. Toss the tomatoes in the mixture then roast until tomatoes are wrinkled and just starting to burst, about 10β12 minutes. Serve with the juices!
