Over the years I’ve realized how much sleep I could have gained if the internet wasn’t always available. Do you ever get bored on the internet, then grab your tablet or iPad to see what the other smaller internet is up to then jump on your phone to taper things off before sleep? Or say that you are going visit YouTube for “a bit” and end up down the rabbit of hole strange videos, like watch cat’s pee in toilets.

It starts innocently enough. You want to see the new ELLEN video or maybe learn how to apply makeup. So you head to YouTube . Before you know it, it’s 2 a.m. and you’ve been watching reviews for a new foot peeler. Watching NETFLIX or TV shows or anything else online is just as bad because now you brain is awake and can’t fall asleep.

It’s all right. It happens to the best of us. Early realization is key in breaking the binging pattern. Try and see how you sleep better.
