Introduction-

यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवताः।

यत्रैतास्तु न पूज्यन्ते सर्वास्तत्राफला क्रिया: ॥

It means Where Women have been honored divinity blossoms there and where ever women are dishonored, all action no matter how noble it may be, remains unfruitful.

Does India give equal opportunities to women in all spheres of opportunities? Are women treated equally in the 20th century? Do you think we still need to work on this social cause? Is India over with all social stigma regarding women?

The distinction was based on gender women as a commune had waged a struggle for recognition of their rights as human beings. Feminism is an ideology that stands for equal rights for men and women. Women's rights are part of feminism. If you consider a Venn diagram, women's rights would constitute an inner circle of feminism.

Women's rights are necessary but not sufficient because even if we ensure equality on paper, we can’t abolish social discrimination. When we hear the term feminism most people think of a bunch of angry women believing to be better than men and are rigid about their choices.

Case Laws —

Vishnu Tiwari vs State of UP

Vishnu Tiwari, a man from Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, who was wrongly convicted in a sexual assault case, was released by the Allahabad High Court after serving 20 years in prison. During this time, his parents and two brothers died, but he was not even allowed to attend their funerals. The Division Bench of the High Court finally announced his release on Wednesday. In 2005, Vishnu appealed against the judgment of the Sessions Court in the High Court, but the case remained pending for 16 years. The case was registered three days after the alleged crime. No injuries were reported to the victim’s private parts. Essentially the case was not registered by the woman but by her husband and father-in-law. considering the facts and evidence in the record, we believe that the accused was wrongly convicted. Even if he is released can anybody compensate for his loss?

Zomato Delivery Boy Bengaluru

This incident that happened in Bengaluru was going viral as a girl posted a video of her with a bleeding face. Later the delivery boy didn’t hit her and the video was posted with false content. Soon after the video was posted viewers started to post content against the delivery boy who was arrested. He was taken away from the job, and people were against him. The delivery boy said that Hitesh Chandraneehit him with slippers and behave harshly on him. Commenting on this delivery boy Kamaraj said, she tried to hit me with her sandals. I stopped in self-defense. He was hit in the door and injured. When the truth was known, police registered. a case against a Bangalore woman for allegedly assaulting a Zomato delivery boy. Later the delivery boy filed a complaint against the girl and the girl Hitesha Chandranee flees Bengaluru.

Another example which was seen recently in news is of a girl hitting and slapping a cab driver in the middle of the road in Lucknow city’s Awadh crossing. The girl continuously beating a man and allegedly damaging his phone in spite of that kind of incident should always be properly investigated. This is an issue of basic human rights.

This is a sign of fake feminism and sends the wrong message against women empowerment. People are confusing the term equality with feminism. The real mean of this term is gender bias. Real feminist such as suffragettes Barbara Walters & other women who are more than just a housewife and allow women to vote. Today’s feminist has taken these remarkable women & twisted what it stood for.

CONCLUSION —

Feminism has lost its true meaning. Today Pseudofeminists believe women are more superior and right in every decision they took. No matter what they do they ought to do that which is fake feminism. It has become a more aggressive movement Rather than bringing women and men on the same pedestal. They are repeating the same mistake later on maybe another movement gets in the limelight which might be standing for men.
