Great article, John. A lot of your points resonated with me. I think Product Managers should think more about the values they want to embrace as they solve the problems. I also want to caution that it is easy to come up with values but hard to embrace them everywhere as companies big and small have different ways to go about building products. One way that I see PMs succeeding at these values is to be more data driven. Data can help you focus, embrace simplicity and deliver outcomes that matter to your users and business.
