Why I returned my new iPhone 7?

I bought an iPhone 7 after comparing the various variants and finalizing on iPhone 7. I selected it because of its smaller size and its specifications being nearly identical to iPhone 7 plus.

However I returned it after using it for 4 days due to below reasons:

Reason 1: After 4 days of use, I found that its back cover started to develop permanent smudge — the black case seemed to having permanent finger print smudge and portions of it were shining more — it was becoming less matte.

Reason 2: Videos, at least two of them, seems to skip frames or was abrupt in transitioning — not sure whether it was image stabilization that went bad.

Reason 3: I had read lot of good reviews of camera, but I found the camera was not performing to my liking — in low light pictures of lit streets, I found camera was not producing clear images in some cases — as in below image where I could not read shop names. I am not a photography expert, so may be there was a trick or two that I missed .

Reason 4: I missed the bigger keyboard of my Note 2 — I was feeling awkward that every time I had to type period (.) or @ symbol, I need to go into symbols mode of keyboard. In note 2, the number pad was always visible and keyboard also has quick keys like “@” and “.com” whenever I had to type email Id.

Reason 5: May be I am still an Android person as I was missing all things that I like about Android User Interface.

May be it was a bad decision to return iPhone 7, or may be iPhone is overrated. Only time will tell!
