On Every Tensive Day!
On a Monday morning, Aarav, woke up from his slumber and found that his room door was still shut, and his mom hadn't yet tried to wake him up. All the windows in his room was shut. Curtains covered the windows completely, blocking the light and making the room look gloomy. He picked up his phone to see the time and it was 7:30 AM. Having worked till 4 AM, Aarav eased back to sleep very quickly.
Aarav, had a review meet at his office at 9:30. He attended the review meeting and convinced all the officials about a current project that he was working on. He also had to report to his manager about the progress of his work. His manager praised him for his work and Aarav was very happy that 2 out of the 3 tasks that he had for the day were successfully completed.
As a 3rd task in his schedule, Aarav had to meet a scientist in the research center. He swooshed on his bike to the research center. He checked in and parked his bike. As he was walking through the passageway, he tried to list the queries in his mind to put in front of the scientist. He met the scientist, and clarified all his doubts and came back to the parking lot.
As he was about to leave the research center, he suddenly got a thought that all 3 tasks he had for the day were completed so quickly without any hassle. With all the colleagues to criticize his work and the manager's disregard for his work, he knew all these 3 tasks couldn't be completed so quickly without a single thing to bother. This is when he realized that he is actually dreaming. Aarav was a very cautious and sensible person that even dreams couldn't deceive him.
He came out of the dream and knew that he was oversleeping. With fatigue to distress him, he started worrying about all the tasks he had for the day and how to balance it with his zizz, having missed his sleep cycle. He started to reckon his chances of being prolific and efficient in his work apprehensively. In the middle of all these excruciating thoughts in his head, Aarav realized he is wasting time slumbering in his bed.
First the dream and now the thoughts made him think that a lot of time had gone past already and he thought it would be around 10:30 AM when he wakes up. He woke up anxiously and groped for his mobile in the eeyorish aura. The time was still 8:30. He rushed out of his bed to start his busy day.
