Interesting Analogy, definitely worth doing a TED talk on this. Problem with Startups are that they eventually scale and loose their so called culture or ideology, in a dog eat dog world, it’s difficult to stay true to true ideology of promoters. Google’s had to drop “Don’t be evil” when they spun off into to Alphabet. Another dilemma for startups are balancing growth expectations of shareholders (PE/VC) and promotors ideology.
