Football Fans- Here’s How to Watch SAFF Suzuki Cup Live
South Asian Football Federation Championship or very commonly known as the SAFF Suzuki Cup is about to start on Sep 4th and Football fans from all over the world are really excited to watch the game. The sport itself has a huge following all over the world and this championship garnered enough attention since it is one of the longstanding football championships that take place between Asian Countries.
A little about SAFF Suzuki Cup
Eight Asian teams usually compete in the tournament namely Bhutan, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Afghanistan. Out of these eight, Afghanistan has departed from the tournament in the year 2015 and only seven of the abovementioned teams are competing this year.
Of the eight teams, India won the Championship seven times, the highest than any other teams and is also currently defending champion of the cup. Of the remaining Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Maldives stood as Champions once.

Bangladesh will be hosting this year’s tournament in the Bangabandhu Stadium, Dhaka. The teams are divided into two groups Group A & B, in which Group A comprises of Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and Pakistan and Group B consists of India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
Two matches will take place everyday from 4th of September 2018, with the first match beginning at 03:30 PM IST and the second beginning at 06:30 PM IST. The timetable of the matches is given below.
