Nice read Eugeniya. Many companies and developers choose convenience over performance, which is unfortunately the norm (Unless the company really values the customers and the speed). In my opinion, the best library/framework is the one that is quick to load. Currently, Google Polymer 2.0 does the job well and this is purely based on the performance. While there are better frameworks out there with all the tools for developer conveniences (Angular, Vue etc), the strategic approach of Polymer to bridge the gap between HTML and browser capabilities will trump all the frameworks in near future.
