Articles 8 to 18

Tikkk Tikkkk Tokkkk It’s that time of the fellowship where we have started working on our Mega project and this project would definitely make us stand out of our comfort zone.After some failed plans and group discussion we finally have decided our project.Our idea is we’ll work on the fundamental rights. Wait wait wait this may seem ordinary first but it is not. ‘Human rights’ has been one of the major issues in the world in recent times In Chapter 1 of the Constitution, articles about the fundamental rights are written.

but the problem is people don’t have awareness about those rights. That’s why, no one is utilizing those rights.Still Pakistan is facing Illiteracy, child labor,Child marriages like problems.

Laws and policies related to the rights of children have been introduced by the provinces but the problem is with the implementation

So this thing forced us to think about working on the awareness of these rights.We have decided to work on the awareness of child labor and education.So basically we have two plans

1. We’ll visit different schools and provide information about the rights and how we can play our role to practically implement and utilize those rights. Also on social media
2. We’ll visit Punjab text book board Lahore and try to convince them to publish these rights on the starting or ending page of the book so that everyone can get the idea of these rights.

We’ll have to face many obstacles because two group members are not active. but me and waseem have started working on our project and divided some tasks.

Facebook page with the name fundamental rights has been created and we are posting according to the articles and we got 50 likes in just two days. Now we are working on searching for schools and preparing presentation . On next week we have a plan to visit Punjab text book board Lahore just looking for some reference.
