Johari Window

12–10–2015: The class started with a Video of Steve Job’s Speech on connecting the dots backward delivered in Stanford University. Ma’am talked about an article by Peter Drucker on Managing Oneself. There was an exercise on Johari Window. We were asked to form groups of 4/5. Then we were given the Johari window to fill. The motive was to find out more about hidden self and blind area and make it public. The purpose was to focus more on public image and positives that add strength to the public image part of Johari Window. Overall it was a refreshing class, especially the blind area part where the group members were asked to tell about things that I do unconsciously, but are known to others.
