In order to constantly find new ideas, I often study the routines and habits followed or avoided by people who have had great success in life.

It is then up to you to try to ban them from your daily life and see if it works on you in such a positive way.
1. Being A Slave To Television
Successful people often have in common that they are not television addicts who spend hours watching interest-free programs on Netflix or Amazon Prime Video.
They have long since chosen to replace their television viewing time with time for book reading. From Elon Musk, Tesla’s famous boss, to Warren Buffett, a significant number of engineering entrepreneurs are known to spend several hours a day reading. They know well that reading books is an essential habit to achieve success.
Reading Books Is An Essential Habit To Achieve Success
And I’m going to explain why it is essential for your future success.
While the content of their readings may vary, most of these engineering entrepreneurs admit that they prefer books that improve their knowledge of specific topics or themselves.
It is therefore preferable to invest time on oneself rather than on watching television and programs that do not bring any real added value.
2. Staying Alone In His Corner
A large majority of bright people are “social butterflies”. They are always ready to meet new people and make considerable efforts to develop their network. Indeed, they know that social relationships are one of the keys to success.
So they don’t stay in their corner out of shyness. They spend a lot of time interacting with others from all walks of life. This allows them to find new ideas but also to find potential future allies to carry out their projects.
3. Do Not Following His Instinct
Successful entrepreneurs follow their first instinct and do not waste time overthinking their choices. This is not to say that they do not take into account the consequences of their actions. However, they will not over-analyze situations where a decision must be made falling into paralysis. They know take some risks when needed.
Adopt This One Easy Habit For Making Better Decisions
Making good decisions is not so hard you think.
Their method is to focus on action: they carefully analyze the different options available to them, then choose a path to follow, take action and do not look back!
In the event that their decision turns out not to be the right one, they are willing to accept failure. Indeed, it will allow them to learn new and interesting things from this failure. These things being mistakes that they will never make again in the future. For them, failure is the best way to achieve future success.
They are not afraid of failing and can therefore take action much faster than average.
4. Giving Up Withtout Fighting
Success in what you do requires perseverance and character. Entrepreneurs are accustomed to facing many of the obstacles they must overcome to succeed. As an individual, you have a right to be inspired by it to become better.
It is therefore out of the question to give up without fighting by directly raising the white flag. You must persevere beyond failures by knowing how to draw the necessary conclusions to improve and succeed in the future.
Facing criticism and doubts from peers is commonplace and allows you to grow. Researchers agree on one essential point: will often surpasses simple IQ in life.
Motivation And Willpower Are Far More Important Than IQ
Motivation and willpower will always make the difference…
In other words, the real winners are those who have an unfailing strength of character and do not back down. For Jeff Bezos, if you never raise doubts and amazement with your projects, it’s because you simply don’t innovate enough.
5. Do Not Practicing Regular Physical Activity
Regular physical activity is essential for daily success. Successful entrepreneurs have long understood this and their days always include an exercise routine that they usually practice in the morning. This morning practice often has many beneficial effects, including a better ability to concentrate and productivity while bringing more happiness to your life.
You can also decide to do some physical activity at the end of the day to relax after a hard day’s work. It is your choice. The important thing is to remember to do it regularly!
6. Stop Using The Snooze Button
It is often said that “the future belongs to those who get up early”. And it’s true! People who succeed in life usually get up early. They always seek to be operational as early in the day as possible because this is the time when you are most likely to perform well.
To become better, drop the Snooze button on the alarm clock and wake up early with the desire to take the day off!
The prerequisite for ending this bad lifestyle habit is to go to bed early enough every night to get the amount of sleep your body and mind need to rest. This will vary from one person to another but it is generally recommended to sleep between 7 hours and 9 hours per night.
7. Stop Giving In To Boredom
The brightest individuals make it very clear that they are never bored. Why? Simply because they are always finding new opportunities to learn and experience new things. Rather than twiddling their thumbs and giving in to boredom, they prefer to go out and meet people to strengthen their network, choose to take classes to improve their knowledge or read books.
As you can see, becoming better is not something you do overnight, but it is a long-term goal that you have to work towards every day. By removing these 7 bad habits from your daily life, you will already be taking a first step in the right direction.
It’s up to you to play now and take action!
