I want folks who write about these things to fully understand the issues and not parrot what they’ve read elsewhere that they happen to agree with.

I want voting to only be open to people who can demonstrate every few years that they actually understand the issues

Oh wait… those would be violations of your rights. And just because I can’t understand how obtuse and ignorant you can be, it doesn’t mean I want to take away your rights.

How about instead of continuing to live under a rock, you learn the actual issue here and realize that the majority of these crimes have nothing to do with guns. They have to do with crazy people. Making guns disappear isn’t going to make crazy people go away. They’ll just build bombs or crash cars through buildings.
