$CASH v2 is Live!
Great news! Your stables have found a new home at Stabl.fi!
The primary motivation for launching Stabl.fi and the $CASH token was to help users generate yields on the stablecoins that they were sitting on.
Stables are seen as a safe haven away from the volatility of crypto assets and a place to store your value. The key phrase here is “safe haven” — when it comes to people’s stablecoins, safety and security are paramount concerns. Therefore, we have successfully relaunched the Stabl.Fi v2 DApp and $CASH token at stabl.fi.
$CASH v2 is now under all new contracts, a new multisig ownership and is a direct fork of OUSD.
OUSD’s audits (including OpenZeppelin, Certora, Trail of Bits audits) can be found on their website.
We were able to do a direct OUSD fork without modification because of $CASH v2’s new tokenomics which will be described in a separate article. The important thing to understand is that all the “secret sauce” of $CASH is now contained in the Overcollateralization Treasury instead of $CASH’s code itself.
$CASH V1 still works as before, but the yielding strategies will begin winding down soon. We would recommend migrating your $CASH V1 over at https://stabl.fi/redemption and reminting CASH v2.

This new-look $CASH will be the foundation for all future Stabl Labs’ products, starting with Retro. Keep a lookout for new yielding strategies to be added soon, and the soon addition of $dCASH to the mix (using collateral from decentralized stablecoins like MAI, DAI, FRAX and more).
Tetu Strategy Management Partnership
Tetu is a multichain asset management protocol that employs automated yield farming strategies. The goal is to develop a self-sustaining yield management system that delivers competitive returns for its users.
For the collaboration with $CASH, Tetu will develop and manage all the underlying farming strategies and deploy upcoming new strategies for $CASH to give the best yield for its users. This includes deployment on multiple chains with multiple collaterals.
