Being a consultant means many different things, but the nature of the work is the same; multiple concurrent projects, hundreds of client questions and emails and tackling complex business problems every day. It’s a rewarding career, but it’s a demanding one.​

According to this report from Reclaim.ai 64.3% of consultants are burnt out from lack of work-life balance or not having enough time off, 57.1% are burnt out from lack of time for focused work and 64.3% are burnt out from notification and distraction fatigue. That’s a lot of burnout.​
