I like how you thought about a reason for making the cookie before just brainstorming random ideas. Your cookie had a reason behind it and it filled a direct need in the market. One of the problems that I had during this project was that it was hard for me to spend hours on hours in the kitchen, so I think you really nailed it by creating a cookie that is limited in how long it takes to prepare.

I wish that you would have tried a couple of different cookie bases with the “magic cookie.” I wonder if it would have been possible to make the cookie a little healthier with an oatmeal cookie, and maybe there was potential for an oatmeal raisin bran cookie.

I’m left wondering what if you had focused on a healthy option? I really feel that college students are looking for an inexpensive, cheap way to make desserts, so you really nailed it there. But with the health craze sweeping the nation, if there was some way to make them healthy and good, you’d have a truly amazing cookie!
