I like how you tried three different cookies and they were all very different from each other! Even though the first couple didn’t work out, you still remained motivated and finally one did!

I wish that you would have given a little more explanation as to how you decided on your ingredients for the third cookie. Were you going for a sweet and sour thing?

What if you had continued with the coffee idea? I think that a coffee cookie had a lot of potential to be good! Maybe a coffee cake cookie? I played around with that idea a little myself, and it might be something I try eventually.
