I, too, suffer from Type 2 Diabetes, and have lost 65 pounds. In the diet change and increase in exercise, I have found my daily number is much better and my A1C is down from a 11.2 to a 5.6. You can do it. Warrior spirit and a willingness to work are all it takes. Good luck and God Speed. I know your anxiety.
