Does low classification lead to collisions? You imply that it does, but you don’t provide any data supporting that conclusion. Honestly, 30% classification of cars sounds pretty abysmal as well, but Teslas are around other cars all the time and very rarely run into them. How often does the Tesla correctly classify people?
