Hi Brandon,
thank you for your article. It was interesting to read it. I have one problem with these inspirational posts and books (recently I read one from James Watt — BrewDog) how to change / switch my life is that every one I read — they missing to mention family.

My morning starts at 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM when younger son wakes up (my alarm clock rings one hour later). Older son wakes little bit later. Do workout or 1.2 miles walk, hmm it will be really hard :-)

But at least I can take a closer look on diet you mentioned, to have healthier breakfasts. And maybe find some time to write “personal development” posts for guys with commitments :-)
