You have two different things going on here. ‘Moist’ and ‘panties’ are normal words denoting normal categories of experience about which vacuous people pretend hatred in order to have something to talk about. ‘Gift’ as a verb, on the other hand, is an affectation which is supposed to give the utterer or utterance a sort of classy aura. It’s fake, and it’s associated with pretentious advertising. If you hear someone using it in ordinary conversation, I recommend leaving the room.
