As you increase your footprint in the marketplace and take on more employees and structure, do you think the transition to a more conservative hiring style is inevitable?

Startups carry a high level of risk (namely the risk of not being employed at the same firm at the end of the year) and those employees startups attract take that risk into account, which can also be a comfort if you’re hiring quick and releasing quickly upon discovering your false positives. On the other hand, a devastating misstep when you’re just getting past the startup stage is a very frightening prospect.
