I generally agree. But, don’t you think there are reasons to question this?
Do all employees deserve this trust? I don’t care for Pres. Trump, and think hiring Omorosa was an incredible mistake. BUT, she surreptitiously recorded things.
Assume all things being discussed are proper, but disclosure of them would be harmful to the rest of the people in a company. A personal cell phone in the hands of a person with a secondary agenda may negatively affect many more people than the one irritated employee.
