Responsibilities of Technical Project Manager
- Lead projects through the completion of all phases
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop full-scale development plans and associated communications documents
- Communication with Client, Project Team and Management
- Using Agile Management to determine user requirements, translating to stories and delivering usable products at end of sprints.
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships
The ideal Project Manager is a generalist that possesses the following
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
- Working understanding of Web programming, database systems and APIs
- Ability to communicate for both administrative and technical purposes
- Good Sense of User Experience
- Ability to lead projects through the completion of all phases
- Knowledge of strategic and operational planning, crisis management, principles and practices of personnel supervision, and techniques of developing performance and productivity standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and writing skills
- Effective operation in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and collaborative programming environment
