Internet talk for what is this BPA we keep hearing about

I’ll paint the picture for you: you’re in Whole Foods, you’re thirsty. While in the juice, tea and water aisle and you look at the many options you have to quench that thirst of yours, you see all of the “no’s”.

No GMO

No added sugars

No artificial sweetners

And then, the newest of the bunch, No BPA

But WTF is BPA?

The science term that we don’t understand is bisphenol A.

So still, what is it? It was in the 1950’s that scientists found this chemical with the proper mix of other materials can help strong plastics. A chemical often used to help form the inner lining of food containers, hygiene products and plastics among other items.

The problem is, this chemical can leak into the product within it’s case, kinda like BPA leaking into the water inside your water bottle 🙀

Ingesting BPA can harm your cells, decrease healthy fetal development, and lessen energy levels.

So it’s a big thumbs down. Stay away from the BPA, hydrate and look great!
