Goal is first.

Story about marshmallow. Task is to take a marshmallow as high as possible with 20 pieces of spaghetti and 1 meter string. Everybody begin construct from fundament to the head (goal). In the end heavy marshmallow destroy all construction or require simplify it for taking lower place.

Your marshmellow is first. It`s the reason of consrtucting process. Do from the head down.

Marshmallow → can I take it up to the sky and hold it there right now? → what minimum do I need for it? –> add one spaghetti to my construction –> go from the head down step by step

What is goal of pointing out goal? Why became 1$ — is fragile goal, but make thing useful and count 1$ always and count for customer to tell other about it always— antifragile?

What is antifragile model at the end of all ends? Guess: turn everything in total understanding form like ‘you are OK anyway’ (=soul) and making usful without losing any resources (=system).
