The Joyless World of Data-Driven Startups

Some good points but as a start up that is heavily data intensive (see our demo at http://bit.ly/2auijuE), we’ve found ways to make it exciting. Our HR solution uses artificial intelligence to find patterns in data stemming from a company’s network activity and displaying it in visually appealing ways. We have to say that there is quite a bit of potential in the space in regards to extracting inferences about company productivity/cross-departmental communication difficulties or even if an employee is stealing from the company. Better yet, you could even make data-driven behavioural profiles which could have huge implications in terms of human psychology in the workplace. Might not be a matter of data lacking imagination but rather people!
