Great observation. But, I do think this is a “trust us” statement that is not easily understood or bought into by consumers who have not seen the inside of similar software company. Maybe there needs to be a joint effort by companies like Google, Medium, Twitter, Indeed and others that explains the wall that exists between “product quality” team that sits within engineering and the revenue team that often operates within sales.
