Handling the educational crises..

Disruptive innovation has already been witnessed in the field of education by means of blended learning and MOOCS. The problem that lies here is the lack of internet availability and information on how to utilize these resources. Moreover even if people belonging to the under served area do have mobile phones/laptop/internet, they do not use them for educational purposes.

Therefore since the content is available the problem lies in its delivery and receipt. University students can be given some credit hours in exchange of going to these areas in the capacity of facilitators. Through the concept of blended learning they can be given access to different reading materials and virtual linkage with the trainer so that problems can be solved almost immediately.Most importantly they would be awarded degree/certification at the end of the program and this should have the required credibility.
