The material used in electronic devices is not decomposed easily so the business idea also support Eco friendly phenomena by using the that material again (recycling etc).

Target Customer:
The initial target market should be households and offices which heavily used such devices. Millennials should be especially targeted to as they are the main users of these devices nowadays. Office workers can also make use of many damaged devices to be converted into office use items for many purposes.

How it Works:
Offer to pick up all the e-waste that’s been collecting in their garages — old televisions, broken laptops, defunct cellphones — and bring them to your local electronic recycling facility. Charge per item, by weight or a flat fee plus travel to and from the location.

The main purpose for startup is to provide customers a customized and innovative way to design their home and office with artifacts, make wearables, general items of use at low cost by providing the used or discarded electronic devices. Most homeowners have pickup bins for standard recyclables like paper, glass and plastic, but they often don’t make the effort to properly recycle electronics and batteries, which can be extremely harmful to the environment when left in landfills.

Consumption Barriers:
Some consumption barriers should be considered before adopting this:
a) The recycling of the hazardous material may bring in questions from customers how it could be done.
b) The price of the artefacts might be slightly expensive but not more than available at shops.
c) License obtaining for green waste management.
d) Over customisation as customers might ask designs which are not possible to develop.
Basic Business Model:
Business model would be selling the customised artefacts online through website, application and delivery at customer prescribed address. The waste (electronic devices) will be picked from customer place booked through the business channels listed above and the prescription of design will be taken if customised. A basic range of artefacts design will be available at website from which customers can choose. Proper marketing will be done through social media. As the target market belongs to millennials section online platform is the main attractive factor to generate revenue. The options include:
Website Booking: Customers can visit website to book the waste and artefacts design. Both customised and on the shelf.
Application: An App will be developed for the same purpose above to penetrate more in the market.
Process Flow:
The Process flow is:
- Customer booked the waste via website or app together with design specification. Customer will be allotted a unique number through which tracking can be done.
- Green eFacts team comes and pick the waste. Ask the design specification if customised.
- The material arrives at recycling facility and processed accordingly.
- Finished Product will be delivered to customer prescribed address.

Critical Uncertainties:
For every new product or business launch there are many critical uncertainties affecting its course of action. In our case the following uncertainties relate to our products:
a) Substitutes: Substitutes might evolve which should be catered through capitalising first mover advantage.
