Though I enjoy the freedom of working remotely, a lot of Scrum spokesmen all say on-site face to face teamwork is hands down the best. I have to say there is a different dynamic when working on-site with a team, which I like. However much I don’t like the commuting! There can also be some advantage to simply meeting up from 9–5 and going home and have free time then. Whereas when you work from home the free time and work time kind of seem to blur. If I was working by myself I would definitely prefer remote working, but if I was working in a team I would highly consider on-site.
