You see, I work in retail. Not only that, but I’m part of management which means I get to handle all the stupidity, all the problems, all the hard-to-handle customers. And, I’m okay with that.

I have a ‘customer-service’ face. No matter how irate someone is, or what words fly out of their mouth, I am able to smile and be pleasant.
