How to find and listen to all the songs you have❤️️ in iTunes.

I’m a daily Apple Music user, and I understand that clicking the “love” button helps Apple Music curate better playlist based on my taste but there have been quite a few times where I wanted to listen to all those “loved” songs, only to fail at seeing anything even remotely obvious.

Anyway, don’t know why it has taken me this long to do a basic Google search, and for those of you that haven't bothered to figure it out for yourself here you go: turns out there is a little trick to this, you need to create a “Smart Playlist” where you set the love filter equal to true and only songs that have been added to your library will appear here…

Steps:

  1. Create a “Smart Playlist” by going to File/New/Smart Playlist set “love” = “loved” make sure “limit” is unticked and “Live updating” is.
  2. Next in order for any loved songs to appear in any playlist, they need to be added to your librairy, this is pretty irritating, you can do this by clicking on the “3 dots button”.
  3. Finally, click the ❤️️ button to Love a song.
  4. Now you can view all your loved songs, apart from all the bloody albums you never added to you library…

Enjoy 😜
