Fixing case sensitive email-login (loopback.io lessons)

Loopback’s email-based login is case sensitive by default. Thus end user of a loopback.io-based system have to take care of upper/lowercase letters while logging in with their email address. This is not a good practice and leads to confusions. Turn this off by adding MyUser.settings.caseSensitiveEmail = false; to your MyUser.js which is derived from loopback’s built-in User.js model.
