Fixating on this and figuring out its ‘effect’ — (understanding what users will be leaving behind in order to adopt our service) will take up a lot of our time that we invest in, before building our product — (our product could be the replication of other products with little or no identical characteristics). Yet, having a list of things that users ask for, are used to and don’t want to lose will keep the business up definitely!
