All of my quiet contributions
Don’t overlook the quiet voices and contributions
Dan Kim

Hold your hope on this. Because none of that we do quietly in order to achieve things would fade away. I don’t contribute much in the brainstorming sessions that happens in my workplace. And it happens bi-weekly every month. Whenever the meeting gets over, people used to look at me as a Kanamite that doesn’t understand common man’s dialect. I never stopped doing my chores even then. I felt a little frustrated every so often, yet I managed to hold belief on myself and kept up with whatever I was supposed to do. Few days back, I found one of my blog being shared by a popular digital analytics specialist Jim Sterne on his twitter handle. That was a great twist indeed. Hope you get what I mean.
