Law Enforcement Against Prohibition
Asking hard questions when work and family loyalty are in conflict

The LEAP is everything that a drug addict needs. Instead of looking at those who are inclined to self-destruction as a threat and unclean, get closer to them and ask how they feel, why they do it and what they reap out of it. It’s all the emotional bonding they need at that time when nobody seems to care about their life (they don’t care about themselves, of course, and self-loathing stays at the peak). Even having to deal with rowdies (the fixation transfers them gradually), a little self-awareness is required to keep oneself safe and also to not end up hurting the opposite. What we see is their tough side but what they become after some years of devotion to drugs is fragile and vulnerable.
