We used to have one lengthy brainstorming session biweekly. But we noticed that it came of no help and we were left stagnant with redundant ideas on our plates. Then somewhere someone from my team read about the ‘Sprint technique’. Where, each one of us from the team have to work on the ideas for 15 minutes or so and then execute it one after the other. This seemed to be coming out well so far. Doing this we figured out how creative and well decided one could be if they are given ‘lone time’.
