What if I can design my care? Part 1
This is the transcript (a bit expanded) of the workshop I moderated at CallForBrain 2016, a unique TEDMEDLive + Open Medicine event. My workshop in particular was about taking inspiration from Human Centred Design and Evidence Based Medicine methodologies to reflect on the care of our own health. In the last ten years I’ve worked in many healthcare projects, mainly related with Chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Alzheimers and Cardiovascular diseases.
Hiking & sketching in nature.
When I was a kid I used to spend hours sketching wood, grass, leafs and animals. This summer I decided it was time to restart to sketch in nature. Constrains: a notebook, a thin marker, max 45min in nature (+ another hour later for refinements). It’s fun to play with the stroke. The more the grass is far, the more you can make it thin and small, following the waves of the ground.
