… or the non “leftist” views are increasingly indistinguishable from utter drivel and the clustering algorithm (and very human raters behind it) reacts accordingly. For the most part from what I’ve seen and seen studies on, the complaints about censorship are not related to reasoned viewpoints from the national review or equivalent (one of several “rightist" platforms that I often find that I disagree with but take the time to read and digest the perspective).

Plenty of “leftist” things on the internet are drivel too, but don’t think for a moment that the proportions are anywhere near equal. At some point you need to look around and consider the company of content you are keeping.
