What a great post!! You are such a talented artist and I’m glad you can finally see that! It just pisses me off the way “criminals” are handled in our country! I know there are quite a few that deserve to be locked up and not messed with, never to see the light of day.. but there are so many more who could do great things, if they’re just shown the way and given half a chance.. I am at a loss trying to figure out how the sentence decisions are made here, someone who without any doubt brutally murdered someone and get basically a slap on the wrist, but there are others who commit non-violent crimes that hurt no one but themselves and they get locked up for long periods of time, with no “rehabilitation”. I think it’s sad and a terrible problem in this country. Thank you for your post, I hope many get to see it!
