Practicing gratitude has made me so much more positive, a seemingly small thing that has put a lot of positivity into my day.

I would recommend The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma for anyone looking to read more on getting started with this. It lit a fire for me back in 2010 and it is still burning brightly now!

I also get up way earlier than I used to which allows me the time to do many of the things you mentioned, which have also been incredibly helpful for me.
