Josh O’Connor very nice idea! I’m going to look into 1 now. I have just done an interview with a back pain expert who recommended the following for general back and neck pain from sitting:

  1. Move often: get up every hour for at least 5 mins
  2. Walk and move around on your breaks to relieve pressure and tensions
  3. Use copyholders: basically a paper holder that you can stand up. Improves posture so you’re not looking down all day (good for neck pain specifically)
  4. Get an exercise peddler that fits under your desk: just like riding a bike while you’re sitting down
