Francine I agree with you on most items after my 12 years in the Phoenix startup community. With regard to #1 Phoenicians are downright spoiled rotten as they have by far the best freeway system on the planet whereby they can get from say Surprise to East Mesa/Chandler in 1 to 1.5 hrs max on smooth as glass modern freeways. They obviously have never had to get from one meeting in Irvine to another in Santa Monica in that time period then to a meetup in downtown LA after work then home on the eight lane wide 91 freeway parking lot where rush hour runs from 3:00pm until 9:00pm on pothole infested, crumbling, clicking along offset concrete seams every forty feet at 60 mph and only 12" between bumpers, nonsignaling lane changers and fulltime dedicated carpool lanes 24/7 without the ability to jump in and out of them at will as they get to do except for 2 hrs in morning and 2 hrs in the evening. I’ll give them the right to bitch only about the rush hour suicide lane on 7th Street but that’s it.
