Even thought Pete foresaw the modern corporation hundreds of years ago with uncanny vision he probably does not care that I am poaching his insights.

The conclusion I draw is that we are all blind. One or two people in the corporation will see that everyone else is blind. Then we catch them and tie ropes around them, so when they lead us off the cliff they will go with us, motivating them not to betray our trust.

Not so dumb rule #1

Make sure that a dumb leader (Donald the Dumbwit pops into mind) will be destroyed as he or she or it destroys you.

Rule #2

Do not violate Dunbar’s rule. The optimum size for any human organization should be based on and limited to the size of original human tribes. Our minds can keep track of 150 people.

As soon as some dumb smart ass thinks they have found a way to work around Dunbar’s number
