Want to ‘play’ as an adult? Take an improv class. I got this idea from Scott Berkun in his book “Dance of the Possible.” Never did the idea occur to me to do something like improv. So I took a class earlier this year and have been doing it ever since. It’s incredibly awkward at first. In fact, I don’t think that awkwardness ever goes away.
