I am recommending an inclusive economic model, that makes only one small change to international banking practice

But it would also tend to maintain those at top, or certainly increase the possibility of being closer to the top, and make the top much higher… but nothing’s perfect

Each adult human on the planet gets to claim a Share of the fiat that backs our currencies, so each earns an equal share of the interest paid on global sovereign debt from the trust fund at their bank
