I wonder about relativity, and how much gravity has to do with holding atoms together

The parts are very small, but very dense and quite close together

While the assumption appears to be that the observable universe is expanding with acceleration into a void, it seems that if the observable universe was within the interstitial space between tightly packed supermassive spheres, any matter within such a space would “fall” toward the nearest sphere

I’ve inquired of astrophysicists about the gravitational force that would be created by supermassive spheres of that size and they don’t want to talk about it (not high on my priorities to investigate in detail)
