Government Vehicle Stolen

The accused person Issa Samura has been brought before Magistrate Abubakarr Binneh Kamara, the principal magistrate of Court №1 in Freetown for stolen a white Toyota Hilux vehicle worth Le 140 million at the Central Medical Stores in Freetown.
According to the statement of the offence, the accused person was charged with one count of larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
The particulars of offence states that the accused, on August 14, 2016 at the Central Medical Stores car park, New England Ville in Freetown, stole one white Toyota Hilux vehicle with registration number AKQ 907 valued at Le 140 million, property of the Ministry of Health and Sanitation.
The case was adjourned to August 9, 2016 for further hearing.
